When remote hands is the right service

Most robot issues are diagnosed remotely and many are resolved remotely. The ones that are not usually need something simple but physical: a power cycle at the unit, a cable re-seated, a sensor cleaned, a module swapped, a photo of a label, or a test run while an engineer watches the logs. Where a customer program requires platform-specific training, that training is completed before technicians are assigned to the program.

The event is matched to a technician by geography, skills, and any platform training the program requires.
3. Coordination
Site access, scheduling, parts status, and the remote-session plan are confirmed before arrival.
4. Onsite execution
The technician connects with your team, executes the steps you authorize, and captures the requested evidence.
5. Escalation
If the procedure cannot be completed as written, the technician escalates through your defined contacts rather than improvising.
6. Closeout
Notes, photos, video, serials, parts activity, and test results are reviewed and submitted in the format the program requires.

Every remote-hands event closes with structured documentation: what was requested, what was done, what was observed, which parts moved, what was tested, and what remains open. Photos and video are captured against your checklist so they are useful to the engineer who was not in the room, and to the next technician who visits that site.
