Deployment & Installation Support

Onsite support for new robotic deployments according to customer and OEM requirements. Field resources follow the deployment plan, capture installation evidence, and hand off to the site contact.

SERVICE 03

Break/Fix Field Service

Onsite troubleshooting and component replacement performed according to approved service procedures, with escalation to remote engineering when required.

Component replacement is performed only where the platform and the customer have approved the procedure. Scope stays within low-voltage and electromechanical work.

Robotics Remote Hands

Put a qualified technician onsite while your engineering or technical-support team remains remote. The technician works from your instructions, captures what your team needs to see, and executes the procedures you authorize.

Every service follows the same operating process

Scopes differ; the workflow does not. Each event is requested, matched, dispatched, executed, and closed with documentation.

  1. STEP 01

    Service Request

    Provide the location, robotic platform, scope, service window, site requirements, and technician requirements.

  2. STEP 02

    Technician Matching

    Match the service event to an appropriate field resource based on geography, skill set, and platform requirements.

  3. STEP 03

    Dispatch & Coordination

    Coordinate site access, scheduling, work instructions, parts status, and escalation contacts before arrival.

  4. STEP 04

    Onsite Execution

    Complete the authorized scope and coordinate with remote engineering or technical support when required.

  5. STEP 05

    Documented Closeout

    Review and submit service notes, photos, asset information, parts activity, testing results, and required completion documentation.
