Delivery & Hospitality Robot Field Service

Delivery and service robots in hotels, restaurants, venues, and campuses fail in public, in front of guests and staff. Autonomy Field Services provides the onsite maintenance, repair, and deployment support that keeps those units in service and gives the OEM or RaaS provider a consistent record from every site.

What delivery and hospitality fleets need

These deployments are typically one to a few units per property, spread across many properties, with a property manager as the day-to-day contact. The service model has to be quiet, quick, and presentable: visits scheduled around guest traffic, technicians who can work with front-of-house staff, and clear documentation the operator can pass on.

Physical issues concentrate on drive and caster wear, bumper and shell damage, door and lift interface hardware, sensor and camera cleaning, and charging stations in busy back-of-house areas.

Service scope for delivery robotics

  • Preventive maintenance on the platform's schedule
  • Break/fix with approved module replacement and functional testing
  • Remote hands for the OEM's support team
  • Deployment support: unboxing, charging-station setup, route and mapping assistance, staff orientation
  • Elevator and door integration hardware checks within low-voltage scope
  • Site surveys and fleet documentation across a property portfolio
  • Decommissioning and asset recovery at contract end

Working on hospitality properties

Technicians coordinate with the property contact on arrival, work in the windows the property allows, and follow the platform's procedures for anything touching guest areas. Elevator and building-system integrations are handled within low-voltage scope only; building-system programming and licensed electrical work are outside scope.

Coverage

Autonomy Field Services supports deployments throughout Tennessee and the Southeast United States, including Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Middle Tennessee, and East Tennessee. Multi-site programs beyond these markets are scoped case by case.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you support sidewalk or outdoor delivery robots?

The core scope is indoor delivery and service robots. Outdoor and sidewalk platforms are considered case by case based on the platform's field-service procedures and the sites involved.

Can technicians work with hotel or restaurant staff directly?

Yes. Visits are coordinated with the property contact, and technicians follow the property's rules for guest areas and service windows.

What about elevator integrations?

Hardware checks on the robot's side of the integration are within low-voltage scope. Elevator and building-system programming are not.
