What we look for
Requirements
Requirements vary by customer program and platform. The following apply broadly.
- Reliable transportation
- Professional onsite conduct
- Appropriate tools
- Background screening where required
- Customer-specific procedures
- Platform-specific training
- Accurate service documentation
- Proof of insurance where applicable
How engagements work
Structured work, clear instructions, documented closeout
Service events are matched to partners by geography, skill set, and platform requirements. Before each visit you receive the scope, site details, work instructions, parts status, and escalation contacts. Onsite, you follow the approved procedure and coordinate with the customer's remote engineering or support team when required.
Every event closes with structured documentation: service notes, photos, asset information, parts activity, and test results. Platform-specific training is provided where a customer program requires it.
