How a decommissioning event runs

Request: Asset list, site, disposition instructions, packaging requirements, shipping details, and the service window the customer allows.
Onsite: Units are identified, documented, powered down per procedure, removed, and packed.
Shipment: Shipping is coordinated and documented so the chain of custody is clear.
Closeout: Serials, condition photos, packaging, and shipment records are reviewed and submitted.
