Commercial Cleaning Robot Maintenance & Field Service

Autonomous scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums are deployed across large portfolios of stores, airports, offices, and facilities, usually far from the OEM or RaaS provider that is responsible for them. Autonomy Field Services provides the onsite maintenance, repair, and deployment support those fleets need across Tennessee and the Southeast.

What cleaning robot fleets need from field service

Cleaning robots live in water, chemicals, dust, and foot traffic. Squeegees, brushes, pads, filters, and hoses wear on a schedule; sensors and cameras need cleaning to keep navigation reliable; tanks, valves, and fill stations need inspection; batteries and chargers age. Most fleet issues are physical and predictable, which makes them a good fit for a scheduled maintenance program with break/fix behind it.

Service scope for cleaning robotics

  • Preventive maintenance: brushes, squeegees, pads, filters, hoses, and other consumables per the platform's schedule
  • Sensor, camera, and bumper cleaning and inspection
  • Tank, valve, and fill-station inspection
  • Battery and charging-dock inspection
  • Break/fix: approved module replacement, cabling and connector checks, functional testing
  • Remote hands for the OEM or RaaS support team
  • Deployment support: unboxing, dock and fill-station setup, site mapping assistance, operator orientation
  • Site surveys and fleet documentation across a portfolio

Working in customer-facing environments

Cleaning robots run in public spaces. Service visits are scheduled around store hours, terminal traffic, and facility rules, and technicians present professionally on site. Consumable supply, chemical handling instructions, and disposal follow the customer's and the platform's guidance.

Portfolio-scale programs

A cleaning-robot fleet is usually many sites with one or two units each. Autonomy structures coverage as routes by market so that PM visits, consumable replacement, and repairs are grouped efficiently and documented consistently. Findings from each visit feed the record for that site and unit.

Coverage

Autonomy Field Services supports deployments throughout Tennessee and the Southeast United States, including Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Middle Tennessee, and East Tennessee. Multi-site programs beyond these markets are scoped case by case.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply consumables such as brushes and squeegees?

Consumables can be customer-supplied, OEM-supplied, or coordinated per program. The supply model is defined during scoping.

Can you service robots during store hours?

Service windows follow the customer's rules. Visits are scheduled around store hours, terminal traffic, and facility requirements as needed.

Which cleaning robots do you support?

Autonomous scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums used in commercial facilities, within the platform's field-serviceable scope. Platform-specific training is completed where a program requires it.
